Classes

All classes, once booked, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Treatments

If you are unable to make an appointment for a treatment, you can contact me to reschedule up to 24 hours beforehand.
I am unable to offer refunds or rescheduling if I receive your notification within 24 hours of the appointment time, as this would not allow enough time to offer the appointment to another client.

Block bookings

Packages of four treatments (for either 1-2-1 Restorative Yoga or Facelift Massage) are valid for 4 months (122 days) from the date of purchase. Once purchased, bookings can be made using the ‘Book Now’ button on the appropriate page.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates (for either 1-2-1 Restorative Yoga or Facelift Massage) are valid for 6 months (182 days) from the date of purchase. Once purchased, bookings can be made using the ‘Book Now’ button on the appropriate page.

Availability

All bookings are subject to availability – and I reserve the right to cancel and refund any bookings should capacity be exceeded.
