Overview
Vibroacoustic massage is a form of sound therapy that originated in the Himalayas. Tibetan singing bowls are used to provide a sound frequency massage.
The bowls are made of bronze (copper and tin) – sometimes called ‘bell metal’ due to its musical resonance. The rich sound produced is multi layered with pulsing undertones, multiple notes and a lingering vibrational resonance.
What to expect
During the treatment I tap the bowl to activate the sound. You will both hear the soothing acoustic – and then feel the deep resonance of the bowl as it is placed on various areas of your body.
The sound and vibration reach every part of your body, gently balancing you on a cellular level.
This is a deeply healing treatment that brings calm and relaxation to the mind and body. It can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, bringing mental clarity. It can also help to manage pain and improve sleep.

This treatment is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has a pacemaker or suffers from epilepsy, schizophrenia, psychosis or cancer.
Summary
My sinuses are much clearer and I slept SO deeply last night. I feel incredibly well rested today. It was a very powerful treatment, not like anything I’ve done before but I would 100% try it again.
I am feeling a lighter in my mood, not as irritable. I felt empowered to make changes after the treatment.
A newly acquired elbow pain and a chronic pain in my knuckle – are both totally gone. And I feel very connected. Really appreciate the experience today.
